1890: Direct connection to the Swiss Railway SBB.
1890: Change of the corporate form of the founding company "Wüthrich & Roniger, Brauerei zum Feldschlösschen" to a public limited company.
1898: 22 years after its foundation, Feldschlösschen brewery becomes Switzerland's largest brewery with an output of 100,000 hl.
1973: Entry into the mineral water and soft drink business.
1991: Acquisition of Cardinal brewery, Freiburg
1996: Merger of Feldschlösschen and Hürlimann
2000: Acquisition of the Feldschlösschen Beverages Group by Carlsberg Breweries.
