Feldschlösschen is launching a new Swiss speciality beer in the gastronomy sector: Feldschlösschen Amber. Select ingredients and oak-wood maturing infuse the latest creation of Feldschlösschen’s master brewers with its smooth taste, a hint of caramel and a slightly bitter, aromatic flavour.
This spring Feldschlösschen is demonstrating its brewing expertise with a further innovation: Feldschlösschen Amber, containing 5.2 per cent alcohol by volume, is convincing with its slightly aromatic, strong taste, perfected with a hint of caramel. This speciality beer is brewed with specially roasted barley malt and subsequently matures in oak wood. This process gives Feldschlösschen Amber a unique taste. The latest creation of Feldschlösschen’s master brewers is amber-coloured, hence the name ‘Amber’ that is derived from the English term for the mineral ‘amber’.
The Feldschlösschen Amber speciality beer is available as from April 2011 in a 20-litre container for tap/draught dispensers in the gastronomy.
